Can a Lightweight DSLR Exist?

YazTheSpaz & ALL Her Pizazz!: Rabia Z's Kansas City Spring/Summer 2012 ...Have you been caught by the photography bug that has started after a lot of amateur photographers have hit Facebook? If so, and if it is also true that you are off to buy a new DSLR camera, we suggest that you hit the pause button and read a Nikon 1 V1 review. The reason is, this particular camera is as easy-to-use as a point-and-shoot camera however it lets you shoot a wide range of subjects because it has the capability of interchangeable lenses. In fact, it is the first mirrorless camera by the company to provide the functionality of interchangeable lenses.

The camera has only a decent resolution of 10.1 megapixels, but that is not a deal breaker. The reason is, this disability is merely a trade-off between other performance factors of the camera. The image resolution of the camera is very high which results into more crisp colors. Hence, it should not be an issue for most photographers. If you are still worried by the megapixel number, then we should reemphasize that it is merely a design trade-off and the camera does what it was designed to do best.
